X-TENTION
x-tention Group - HQ Campus Series
For the xt-campus documentary series, produced by EASE-Creative, we developed a five-part film format accompanying the creation of the new x-tention campus in Wels .
The series follows the project from vision to completion, capturing sustainability, architecture, interior design, leadership and everyday work culture as one coherent narrative.
Across Episodes 1–5, the focus shifts from the original vision and sustainable concept to architectural execution and finally to “New Work” from both leadership and employee perspectives . The final chapters translate strategy into lived reality, positioning the campus not only as a building, but as a statement about future-oriented work culture .
Cinematography by Felix, with direction and concept by Erik Lösch, shaping a consistent, character-driven visual language that connects people, space and philosophy into one long-form brand narrative.
EPISODE #1 | die Vision
The opening episode introduces the original vision behind the x-tention campus, framing sustainability as the project’s defining principle. By highlighting energy concepts, materials and long-term responsibility, the film establishes credibility and positions the campus as a forward-thinking benchmark — setting the strategic foundation for the entire series.
EPISODE #2 | die Architektur
This episode explores the architectural idea behind the building, translating corporate values into form, structure and spatial identity. By revealing the intention behind key design decisions, the film demonstrates quality and clarity of thought, presenting the campus not as infrastructure, but as a deliberate architectural statement.
EPISODE #3 | das Design
Focusing on interior architecture and atmosphere, this chapter shows how light, materials and layout shape collaboration and wellbeing across generations. By connecting design to everyday experience, the episode humanises the building and illustrates how space directly influences culture and productivity.
EPISODE #4 | die Nachhaltigkeit
This episode centres on sustainability as a fully realised commitment rather than a marketing claim. By showcasing energy concepts, materials, technical systems and holistic planning, the film positions the campus as a tangible proof of responsible long-term investment and future-oriented thinking.
